Terms of service.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Beyond Compassion ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which are designed to ensure transparency and protect both parties.

2. Service Provision
We provide NDIS support services tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities. Services are delivered in accordance with the participant's NDIS plan and as detailed in the service agreement. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care that aligns with NDIS standards and all relevant Australian laws.

3. Service Agreement
A formal service agreement must be signed before we commence services. This agreement outlines the specific supports to be delivered, including the frequency, duration, and cost of each service. The participant, their nominee, or legal guardian will receive a copy of the agreement.

4. Participant Rights and Responsibilities
Participants have the right to receive services in a manner that respects their dignity, independence, and privacy. They are encouraged to express their needs and provide feedback. Participants are responsible for informing us of any changes to their NDIS plan, contact information, or other relevant circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy
Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel a scheduled service. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement. Exceptions may apply in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Fees and Payment
Fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS price guide and as agreed in the service agreement. Payments are made through NDIS funding, self-managed funds, or private payment options as applicable. Invoices will be issued regularly, and participants are expected to review and address any discrepancies promptly.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NDIS guidelines. Your information will only be used to deliver agreed services and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

8. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback to improve our services. Participants can provide feedback or make complaints through our formal process, details of which are available on request. We strive to resolve complaints in a timely and respectful manner.

9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services in accordance with changes to NDIS policies or funding arrangements. Participants will be informed of any significant changes to their service delivery in advance.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement. Reasons for termination may include changes in funding, relocation, or breaches of the agreement.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
