Who We Are

For nearly 27 years, Shazeli Osman has been a dedicated Division One Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care with the highest integrity. His journey began in various wards, including medical, surgical, and endoscopy units, which gave him invaluable insights and a strong foundation in diverse healthcare settings.

Driven by his passion for helping others, he advanced his education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Nursing (Perioperative Stream) at The University of Melbourne. Since then, he has been working as Perioperative Nurse in one of Melbourne's leading hospital, supporting surgical teams across a wide range of specialties.

This deep-rooted commitment to caring for individuals during their most vulnerable times has been the guiding force in his career. It is this same passion that inspired him to enter the NDIS sector. Having witnessed the challenges people with disabilities face in accessing the right support, he’s dedicated to bringing personalized, compassionate care to the NDIS community. Stating “My goal is to empower individuals and families by helping them access the services they need to lead fulfilling lives with dignity and respect”.
